It’s an intense and complex on the nose, which is not lost, however, elegance and sophistication. La Tunella is a historic winery, which gives us great wines from at least three generations. We are on the eastern hills of Friuli, in an area that has always been dedicated to the cultivation of the vine, in a very favorable micro-climate vineyards protected from cold winds by the Alpi Giulie and heated by the breezes that come from the Adriatic Sea, not far more than a few tens of kilometers. The Passito Noans comes from a blend of Riesling Renano, Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon, harvested in the last week of September and from grapes left to dry for 80 days in a controlled environment. Grapes following two different paths: the clusters of Gewurztraminer are attacked by Botrytis Cinerea, the noble mold, while the Sauvignon and Riesling is only the phenomenon of the concentration of sugars and aromatic substances that are present in the berries. It's a Passito elegant, with an high-impact, intense, refined, spacious and with a nice freshness on the finish that perfectly balances the sweetness inherent.
