At the end of the harvest, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats, with a maceration on the skins of about ten days. Before bottling, it ages for 6 months in large oak barrels. In the glass it has a ruby red color with slight violet reflections. To the nose it strikes with delicate aromas of cherry, \u003cstrong\u003esmall red berries\u003c\/strong\u003e, floral hints and subtle spicy nuances. On the palate it's medium-bodied, with subtle aromas and a juicy fruit. The tannins are soft and the finish expresses a pleasant mineral freshness.
