Amarone 'Plenum' Villa Canestrari 2007

Plenum is the beautiful wine Amarone Classico of the cellar Villa Canestrari. As indicated by the etymology of his name, borrowed from the terminology of Law and signifying an assembly that is completed with all its members, Plenum is a rich wine, which knows how to fascinate the finest tasters. From the warm softness of spicy notes, full of wrap-around shades of chocolate, Amarone of Villa Canestrari is created with more grape varieties: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, adding small percentages of other old varieties which for centuries have adapted to the terrain. Thanks to the innate wisdom of nature, these vine today give you the best with their fruits: the grapes that born in the hills of Val d'Illasi. Here, the merging of two families with a centuries-old tradition of wine, twenty years ago, started a project of a wine cellar takes form of Villa Canestrati. A name now synonymous with quality wine, so tied to its cultural background and to its territory, to make numerous themed projects, like the Wine Museum. Far away from the villa, in the vineyards, the tuff of alluvial soil, the calcareous marine rocks and the South-West exposure of the slopes, are ideal to give prosperity and rich taste to the "assembly" of Plenum Amarone Classico. A superb red wine, created with competence, which becomes a valuable experience for the senses.
