The Barbaresco "Coparossa" is the very soul of the winery led since 1978 by Bruno Rocca; a cellar inextricably linked to the Langhe, in the territory of Barbaresco and the vineyards of the cru Rabajà. A family that has given his whole life to the cultivation of the vine and, even today, working each grape with a draw and a philosophy that distinguishes peasant. From the territory, the true heart of every winemaker, comes the quality of the grapes and the wine is the result of a great deal of attention that Bruno Rocca and his family bring in the vineyard. The "Coparossa" stems from the company's historical vineyards, vineyards located in the municipality of Neive and Treiso, on rich marl, sand and gravel, on vines that are between 25 and 35 years of age. Bruno Rocca forcibly pushing the yield to 38-40 hectoliters per hectare, in order to bring in the cellar grapes from the large aromatic content, healthy grapes, ripe grapes, grape quality. Barbaresco "Coparossa" gives us a bouquet where stands the great harmony between the red fruit, cherry and black cherry, and spice, with white pepper and tobacco, up to a finale that recalls hints of chocolate and fresh mint. The "Coparossa" is another masterpiece of Bruno Rocca...
