The Bianco by Montepepe is a Tuscan white wine based Vermentino and Viognier very delicate and elegant that it offers in all its typical notes of herbs, wheat, partly yeast. We are in Montignoso, not far from where the hills Massa Apuan Alps plunge into the Tyrrhenian Sea and offer glimpses very beautiful and relaxing. The Alps in the east and the sea to the west, here, provide a unique microclimate; terraces to hold the screws exposed to the south and the soil do the rest. The Bianco by Montepepe embodies the force of Vermentino and elegance of the Viognier. A dynamic wine, with its robust structure, gritty, mineral and nice freshness. The scents are there and they feel, but they are very elegant and fine, delicate, never blatant or excessive. The Bianco by Montepepe is vinified and aged in stainless steel not to alter the features and typical of these two varieties. That of Montepepe is a reality recently, but has a history that goes so far away from 1800 as the estate was first owned by Carlo Ludovico di Borboni.
