Champagne Brut Grand Cru 'Des Dames de France' Boever A&S

The Champagne Brut Grand Cru "Des Dames de France" comes from the best grapes of Pierre Boever's estate, located in Tauxieres-Mutry, near Epernay, in the prestigious Montagne de Reims area. It is a Champagne with a seductive and multifaceted bouquet, with aromas of citrus, ripe fruit, floral nuances, toasted notes and bread crust. The sip is broad, intense and complex, with pleasant freshness and persistence at the end. It is a perfect Champagne to enjoy throughout a meal with important menus.

The Brut "Des Dames de France" is a Champagne produced with an assemblage of Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) grapes from old vines over 40 years old, cultivated in the communal territory of the Grand Cru of Bouzy. After manual harvesting, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are vinified separately in white and the vins clairs are matured for a few months in steel, with malolactic fermentation taking place. After the creation of the cuvée, choosing from the best base wines of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the wine is sparkling and the classic re-fermentation in the bottle, with an ageing period on the lees of at least 2 years before dégorgement.

The Grand Cru "Des Dames de France" Pierre Boever is a Brut that expresses all the aromatic richness and expressive power typical of Champagnes born in the famous Bouzy area. In the glass it is a beautiful bright golden yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. From theglass emerge aromas of citrus fruits, floral notes, ripe yellow fruit, candied fruit, toasted almond and pain grillé. The palate has a good structure, the taste is full and satisfying, with complex and deep aromas. The finish is of vital freshness and good persistence.
