Mezcal Anejo Ilegal - 50cl

The Ilegal Mezcal is a distillation of high quality, handmade in the region of Tlocolula to Oaxaca, home of this magical Mexican drink. The name "ilegal" refers to the period in which its creator, John Rexer, had to smuggle the spirit obtained from the stills of his village for coffee Guatemala. The Illegal comes dall'agave Espadin, slowly cooked on the stone in order to absorb the rich flavors of earth and wood smoke. Bottled and labeled by hand, this mezcal is the result of hard work, skill and dedication. It is aged for thirteen months in barrels alternate American and French oak that make it unique as some of the best scotch and cognac in the world. The Anejo has all the complexity and the smoke of a great single malt, brings with it the more subtle sweetness of the vegetable plant. Is a set of aromas from bitter orange cloves; the seductive notes of smoke to those of green apple and oak. The palate is expressed by calling the dark chocolate and the sweet agave. It has a pungent, earthy, rich expression of the soil and the fruit of which it is made. It is round and full, perfect to be sipped and savored with great Nicaraguan cigars.
