Prosecco 'Colfondo' Bele Casel 2018

All this, of course, as naturally as possible, recovering low impact techniques, which respect the grape. For these reasons the winery use only natural yeasts, fermentation is bottled without filtration, giving this Prosecco the cloudy color, that does not detract anything from the incredible flavors that this wine can give us. The peculiarity of this Prosecco "Colfondo" is that you can drink that it still or "shaken up", meaning that you can physically shake him to give the wine that color dark and juicy, that yellow wrapped in an elegant and fresh foam, that returns to the bottle its bottom that it is its soul.
