Rum 'Liberation 2015' Rhum Rhum

The Rum “Liberation 2015” Rhum Rhum is an elegant and rich spirit that arises in the wake of the passion of Luca Gargano and Vittorio Capovilla for their handcrafted products and for their willingness to experiment. Thanks to its microclimate, they have chosen to give birth to the Rum “Liberation” in a distillery on Guadeloupe island. The sugar cane, which is pure, from which the rum is made, is taken on the spot, following a single and valuable crop in the year, and precipitations guarantee its goodness. Making that Rhum Agricole is itself unique: the sugar cane juice is not diluted, the controlled temperatures are very long and, as with fruits, a double distillation in bain-marie have been chosen. Then, it is aged in oak barrels that were previously the noble place for the refinements of French white wines. The name "Liberation" refers to the newfound freedom from the barrels and the date that appears on the bottles refers to the year of bottling.
