T Rosato Tramin 2021

The T Tramin Rosé is a rosé wine from Trentino to be appreciated for its freshness and its light weight, easy and pleasant a rosé that never tires due to its delicate notes of berries and a refinement entirely of steel that can save the most typical characteristics of the grape varieties from which it originates. Born from Merlot, Lagrein and Pinot Noir, a percentage varying depending on the year; vines each with its own identity, with Lagrein and give structure, Merlot to give softness and Pinot Noir to give elegance. Vines grown on vineyards in Termeno, Mountain and Neumarkt, in a natural basin, where the grapes are sun-kissed days and lulled by the wind and the stars at night; a terroir that makes thermal excursion its distinctive feature and soils rich in clay and gravel. Merlot, Lagrein and Pinot Noir vinified in pink, with a very short contact with the skins followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and does not alter in any way the notes typical of this rosé: references delicate and pleasing aromas of red fruits, with strawberries and raspberries on all.
